SHISA PANGMA (8013 m) EXPEDITION

Mt. Shisa Pagma (8103 m) is also one of the eight Thousander meters mountain among fourteen in the world, which is standing in beautiful position in Chinese territory to the south-central part of tibet and attracting the attention of the expedition professionals, which is just 5 kilometers from Nepal territory. Here are several different sayings about the meaning of the mountain's name. In Tibetan language: Shisha, which means "meat of an animal that died of natural causes"; and pangma which means "malt dregs left over from brewing beer". It exists in the Jugal Himal range which is contiguous with and often considered part of Langtang Himal. For climbing to Cho Oyu make all the documentation at Kathmandu and the move to its base camp following the Araniko high way to border and then go to base camp passing the developing small Tibetan town Zangmu, Nyalam, Thingri. The climbing route to this mountain is via Northern ridge, which is followed by the expedition team after this mountain was first climbed in the year 1964 by Chinese Expedition Team Successfully.
