Departing from Kathmandu we weave our way through the rarely visited rich cultural centers to the south. Skirting the rim of the valley along ancient trade routes & passes visiting Panauti, Namo Baudha & Dhulikhel all bountiful in their history and holy pilgrimage centers. Ovenight accommodation and the biking continue through the ancient Kingdom of Bhaktapur & Changu Narayan before returning to Kathmandu. A mountain biking exploration back to the 12th century.
